We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, even staying up late to check us in and preparing breakfast for us early in the morning. They were also helpful in explaining the gluten-free options on the menu.

The hotel lacks proper insulation, which can be a nuisance due to the road proximity and temperature outside.

The hotel has a trendy and atmospheric bar downstairs that is quite popular even with locals. the staff is well, trained and accommodating, willing to explain all menu options and even bake gluten, free buns. Location, wise, it is conveniently situated in an old, style palazzo.

The sliding door between the bathroom and room was quite noisy and heavy, which disturbed me when someone used the facilities at night. the lack of air conditioning was also frustrating, leading to open windows and making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep due to street noise.

The hotel was located in a beautiful old building with a trendy bar and restaurant downstairs. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially with my dietary restrictions. They even made my gluten-free buns for breakfast using baking paper. Another plus was its convenient location near key attractions and transportation.

Our room lacked air conditioning and the windows had to be kept open due to high temperatures outside. This resulted in considerable noise from the street.
